On the sidelines of the COP28 conference, which was organized from November 30 to December 12, 2023 in Dubai, Mr. Youssef EL GUAMRI participated, representing the Development Center for the Tensift Region – CDRT – and the Feminist Movement for Social, Economic and Environmental Justice in North Africa and the Middle East – MenaFem – with support from the Fund Global Green Grants – – in many works, meetings and events organized between 8 and 12 December 2023.
This actual participation in the United Arab Emirates in the COP28 conference constituted an occasion to frame a set of activities related to sustainable development and adaptation to climate change, as well as to attend side activities and events that address women’s issues and gender equality in relation to the effects of climate change, and also to sign a memorandum of understanding between the network Environment Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates and the Development Center of the Tensift region in the Kingdom of Morocco, which aims to lay the foundations for cooperation and media partnership in the field of environmental communication.
على هامش مؤتمر كوب 28 الذي نظم من 30 نونبر إلى 12 دجنبر 2023 بدبي، شارك، السيد يوسف الكمري، ممثلا عن مركز التنمية لجهة تانسيفت – CDRT- والحركة النسوية من اجل العدالة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والبيئية في شمال افريقيا والشرق الأوسط -MenaFem – بدعم من صندوق المنح الخضراء العالمي – – في أشغال واجتماعات وفعاليات عديدة نظمت ما بين 8 و12 دجنبر 2023.
شكلت هذه المشاركة الفعلية في دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة بمؤتمر كوب 28، مناسبة لـتأطير مجموعة من الأنشطة ذات صلة بالتنمية المستدامة والتكيف مع التغير المناخي، وكذا حضور انشطة وأحداث جانبية تعالج قضايا المرأة والمساواة بين الجنسين في علاقة بأثار التغيرات المناخية، وايضا لتوقيع مذكرة التفاهم بين شبكة البيئة أبو ظبي بالأمارات العربية المتحدية ومركز التنمية لجهة تانسيفت بالمملكة المغربية والتي تهدف إلى إرساء أسس تعاون وشراكة اعلامية في مجال التواصل البيئي.
